Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
