Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software (PMS).
- Handle incoming calls and emails with a professional and courteous tone.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering questions and providing local recommendations.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
