Horizon Hospitality Group is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to manage our weekend operations at our premier property in Long Beach, Florida. We pride ourselves on delivering world-class service, and we need someone with a warm demeanor and a sharp eye for detail to join our team.
As a Weekend Shift Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring our guests have a seamless and memorable experience from the moment they arrive until they depart.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including handling payments and processing reservations.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Assist in coordinating special requests for guests, such as restaurant reservations or transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) as part of a rotating schedule.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems.
- A valid Florida driver's license is a plus.
