Responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in/check out hotel guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Assist with luggage handling and provide local area recommendations
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a clean, organized lobby environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for airport runs)
