Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls, manage email inquiries, and route messages promptly.
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and general information.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily bank deposits accurately.
