Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with exceptional service standards
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and hotel amenities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
- Contribute to daily revenue management tasks and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hotel front desk role
- Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and financial transactions
