Your Mission:
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their entire stay. We are looking for someone who can balance efficiency with a warm, welcoming personality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage daily reservations and inquiries via phone and email with accuracy and speed.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and balance daily financial reports.
- Maintain the front desk area, including organization of brochures, supplies, and general cleanliness.
- Address guest complaints or requests immediately and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Assist with lobby concierge duties and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the property for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
