Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails with a professional, customer-first attitude.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and efficiently.
- Process payments accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
