- Process payments accurately using the property management system.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining lobby cleanliness.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
