Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, including verification of IDs and processing payments.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries regarding amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating matters to management when necessary.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and directions to local points of interest.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain the front desk area, update guest records, and ensure accurate filing of documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using hotel management software and computer systems.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Language: Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
