Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet arriving guests warmly, check them in efficiently, and provide a comprehensive orientation to our hotel amenities and local area.
- Check-Out Services: Process guest check-outs accurately, handle payments securely, and ensure the guest departs with a positive impression.
- Reservation Management: Manage incoming reservations via phone and online channels, ensuring room availability and pricing are optimized.
- Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations, arrange transportation, and answer inquiries regarding hotel policies and services.
- Security & Safety: Monitor front desk activity to ensure the safety and security of guests and property at all times.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS) and handle correspondence promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software (e.g., Opera, PMS).
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professionalism: High standard of grooming and appearance suitable for a luxury hospitality environment.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; a second language is a plus.
