Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas with attention to detail
- Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using PMS software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and special events
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
