Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying ID and payment information.
- Answer phones professionally and manage the switchboard with speed and accuracy.
- Process reservations, modify bookings, and handle special requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Greet all guests warmly and provide local information and directions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Assist with mail, packages, and general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
