Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional greeting to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process using our property management system.
- Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Reception Duties: Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to emails promptly.
- Payment Processing: Accurately process cash, credit card, and digital payments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
