Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Process guest registrations efficiently using hotel management software, handling payments and room keys.
- Communication: Answer phone inquiries, respond to emails, and provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation, and directions to local Dallas landmarks.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain the front desk area, manage the lobby environment, and coordinate with housekeeping and bell services.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous hospitality experience is not required. We value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new property management systems quickly.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
