We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our award-winning hospitality team in Albuquerque, NM. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive an exceptional stay from the moment they arrive until they depart.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
- Train, supervise, and mentor front desk staff to ensure high service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Manage room inventory, reservations, and key control procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.
- Assist in the preparation of daily reports and financial reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
