Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations during shifts, ensuring smooth check-in, check-out, and rooming processes.
- Train, mentor, and schedule front desk agents to maintain high standards of service.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling, credit card transactions, and night audit procedures accurately.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist in inventory management for front desk supplies and amenities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations or a related hospitality role.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
