Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk operations including check-in/check-out, concierge services, and guest communications
- Train and supervise front desk agents, bell staff, and night auditors
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service standards
- Oversee room inventory management and rate optimization strategies
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Implement and maintain brand service standards and SOPs
- Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement improvement plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel front office management experience in luxury properties
- Proven leadership skills with staff training and development experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong knowledge of Denver tourism and local attractions
- Valid Colorado hospitality management certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
