Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and registration.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and safe operations with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area for all visitors.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
- Answer incoming calls and route messages to appropriate departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
