Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests across all departments
- Assist with front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with room preparation and upkeep
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with food & beverage staff during events and dining services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
