- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and public spaces
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet brand standards
- Inspect rooms for damage and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid work authorization for the United States
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
