Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression of our brand.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments using our property management system.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle cash transactions, process payments, and balance daily receipts.
- Mail & Messages: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate guest rooms or offices.
- Shift Management: Maintain accurate logs during all shifts, including wake-up calls and special requests.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college or hospitality training is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training for entry-level candidates.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Technical: Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software is preferred.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
