Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest experiences and revenue generation
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost-control measures
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and profitability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Deep knowledge of Florida tourism market trends and regulations
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS and hospitality management software
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
