Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring guest satisfaction and service standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor financial performance including P&L management and budget adherence
- Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hotel management experience in luxury or boutique properties
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Massachusetts Hotel Manager certification
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
