Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring exceptional guest service standards
- Lead, train, and motivate 50+ staff members across departments
- Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain supplier relationships
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolution focus
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization expertise
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Advanced knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Illinois Food Service Manager certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
