In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our standards of excellence are consistently met across all 350 guest rooms and suites. You will lead a diverse team of cleaning professionals, manage inventory, and ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Manage room allocation and assign tasks to ensure optimal workflow.
- Monitor and order cleaning supplies and linens to maintain stock levels.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or maintenance issues promptly.
- Enforce all hotel policies, including health, safety, and security protocols.
- Prepare daily shift reports and maintain accurate attendance records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
