- Deliver outstanding guest service during weekend check-ins, check-outs, and concierge duties
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless weekend operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Execute weekend event setups and VIP guest arrangements as needed
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
