Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage P&L responsibilities with $3M+ annual revenue
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Lead staff training programs and foster a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Build relationships with corporate clients and event coordinators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
