Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance schedules.
- Train, mentor, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Monitor and manage the hotel's budget and financial performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and renovations.
- Drive revenue through upselling and effective marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory hospitality roles.
- Proven track record in staff management and guest relations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
