Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to hotel standards.
- Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a 5-star experience for every visitor.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate a diverse team of front desk agents, housekeeping staff, and support personnel.
- Shift Coordination: Manage complex shift rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours and busy weekends.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in budget preparation, cost control measures, and monitoring revenue targets.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and security regulations across the property.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in hotel management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) such as Opera or Micros.
- Problem Solving: Strong crisis management skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
