Responsibilities
- Manage all hotel departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L management and cost control
- Lead, train, and mentor department heads to maintain high service standards
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Resolve escalated guest issues and maintain positive relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Valid Georgia Food Manager certification preferred
