Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Manage hotel reservations and room assignments using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card payments accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
