Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations during assigned shifts
- Train and mentor front desk agents on service standards
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts and resolve service issues
- Oversee night audit procedures and financial reporting
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Implement emergency protocols and ensure safety compliance
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk/supervisory experience
- Flexible availability for evening/overnight shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
