Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations including staff scheduling and performance monitoring
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs, VIP requests, and escalated service issues
- Coordinate between departments (housekeeping, maintenance, security) for seamless operations
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records and shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel supervisory experience in luxury properties
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS hotel management systems
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
