Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel systems
- Coordinate room assignments and ensure housekeeping standards are met
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor facility maintenance and report operational concerns
- Collaborate with cross-department teams during shift transitions
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Maintain accurate shift logs and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for shuttle duties if applicable)
