Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance at check-in/check-out using PMS systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Support valet and concierge operations during peak hours
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems
- Valid California driver's license (for va duties)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must pass background check and drug screening
