Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and warmly.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Provide local recommendations and concierge services to enhance the guest stay.
- Uphold all safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management software.
