Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through personalized interactions and anticipatory service
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities, services, and events to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reports for occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Valid Indiana driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable)
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service certification a plus
