Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage hotel reservations, room assignments, and check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using PMS software.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and securely, including cash, credit cards, and digital transactions.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby space.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
