Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet shampooing, upholstery care, and window washing
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock guest amenities
- Adhere to safety protocols and report maintenance issues promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure efficient room turnover
- Execute special event setups and breakdowns
- Provide exceptional service to guests and property managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Clean background check and drug screening required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
