Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and polishing surfaces
- Vacuum, mop, and buff all flooring areas to maintain pristine conditions
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report concerns to management
- Stock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is properly maintained
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety standards
- Provide responsive service to guest requests and special accommodations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality or high-end residential setting
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot cleanliness issues
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of EPA-approved cleaning chemicals and techniques
