Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using property management systems
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and service requests with prompt, personalized solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Ensure front desk area remains organized and visually appealing
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible weekday availability
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
