Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask during peak hours
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Valid California driver's license (if driving required for errands)
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
