Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Manage linen inventory and ensure proper handling of hotel textiles
- Adhere to strict sanitation standards and safety protocols
- Address maintenance issues promptly and communicate with maintenance team
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping supervisors for room readiness
- Execute deep cleaning projects and seasonal room turnovers
- Maintain organized supply closets and cleaning equipment
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Valid work authorization required
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
