Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage email inquiries promptly.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist with concierge services, including directions, recommendations, and local information.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments accurately and balance daily reports.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we will train you!
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the lobby for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
