  • Sales & Marketing: Promote our amenities, local attractions, and special packages to guests to increase revenue.

  • Security & Safety: Monitor surveillance cameras and adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury service environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Interpersonal: A professional, approachable, and positive demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Physical: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move throughout the hotel premises.
