Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Perform nightly security patrols and ensure property safety protocols are maintained
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent guest requests
- Handle reservation management and billing discrepancies with precision
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and following established procedures
- Prepare nightly reports and manage key inventory systems
- Maintain pristine common areas and lobby standards throughout shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid California driver's license (for property errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
