As the General Manager, you will be the face of the hotel, driving revenue, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment for our team. You will lead a diverse department of hospitality professionals committed to delivering the highest standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Foster a positive work culture by conducting regular staff meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community stakeholders and corporate partners.
- Handle high-level guest relations and resolve complex complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office systems and housekeeping standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
