Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and public areas to brand standards
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Address guest requests promptly and maintain professional communication
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable cleaning practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Perform turndown services and VIP room preparations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs regularly
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic English proficiency and guest service orientation
