Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Perform detailed deep cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Restock amenities and ensure proper linen rotation
- Report maintenance issues and lost items promptly
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with room service and maintenance teams
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices a plus
